📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the AI image generation features of AixPic ("Service", "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

🎨 2. Use License & Intellectual Property

Images generated via our neural synthesis pipeline are produced for your personal, creative, or commercial projects. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to download, display, and publish generated output.
AixPic Org and its technology partners retain all rights, title, and ownership in and to the underlying deep learning models, algorithms, APIs, and infrastructure.
You will not claim exclusive copyright over raw public neural model weights or reverse-engineer the proprietary generation pipeline.

🚫 3. Prohibited Conduct & Content Policy

You agree not to submit prompts, generate images, or utilize the platform for any of the following prohibited purposes:

Generating content depicting, sexualizing, or involving minors in any form (CSAM/CSAE) — zero tolerance is enforced.
Creating non-consensual sexual imagery (deepfakes) of real, identifiable living individuals.
Generating illegal, harassing, violently threatening, or hate-motivated material.
Executing automated DDoS attacks, script-based bot hammering, or bypassing rate limits and security shields.

⚡ 4. Service Availability & Limitations

AixPic provides high-performance GPU image synthesis without charge. We reserve the right to throttle concurrent requests, enforce automated IP rate limits, prune old storage archives, or modify available art styles at any time to guarantee network health and fair resource allocation.

⚖️ 5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall AixPic, its operators, or hosting affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user prompts or generated imagery.
