Artwork generated on AixPic is synthesized algorithmically via statistical diffusion models. In accordance with current intellectual property guidelines across major jurisdictions, purely computer-generated output without human authorship does not confer traditional human copyright protection on raw outputs.

Users who generate imagery are granted full freedom to download, adapt, publish, and incorporate outputs into personal and commercial works.

📋 4. Required Elements for DMCA Notices

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works.
Identification of the material to be removed, including specific URLs or filenames on AixPic.
Sufficient contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the specified material. If content was removed in error, the affected party may submit a counter-notification complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
