⚖️ 1. Statutory Exemption Overview
All visual depictions, artwork, digital illustrations, and imagery displayed on AixPic (accessible at https://aixpic.org) are produced entirely through generative artificial intelligence, neural diffusion algorithms, and synthetic rendering pipelines.
Under Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 2257 (18 U.S.C. § 2257) and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, record-keeping obligations apply exclusively to visual depictions produced with actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because all media on this platform is purely synthetic and computer-generated without the involvement or recording of living human performers, models, or actors, the statutory record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to this platform as an exempt service.
🤖 2. Absolute Absence of Real Human Performers
AixPic explicitly affirms:
- No actual, living, or identifiable human individuals are photographed, recorded, filmed, or depicted in any visual material generated by our algorithms.
- All characters, anatomies, faces, and scenes are mathematical approximations derived from neural latent noise distributions.
- Any perceived resemblance between generated artificial artwork and actual living persons is purely coincidental and unintended.
🛡️ 3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Prohibition
AixPic enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against the generation or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), or any imagery depicting or simulating minors. Our neural models are strictly trained and filtered to prevent youth depictions in mature contexts. Any attempt to generate such material triggers immediate IP blocking and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
