Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from AixPic for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

  • Not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content

Intellectual Property Rights

AI-generated images created through our Service are provided to you for use. You acknowledge that AixPic Org retains all rights to the underlying AI model, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on AixPic are provided on an 'as is' basis. AixPic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall AixPic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AixPic.

Termination

AixPic may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

AixPic may revise these Terms of Service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
